This research was conducted to see how the ability of PT Kreasi Lutvi Sejahtera is able to survive and compete with other competitors so as to produce an advantage that other companies do not have in producing cassava chips. Therefore, this study uses the theory of competitive advantage described by Michael E. Porter through 4 forms of elements in the theory of competitive advantage, namely factor conditions, demand conditions, related and supporting industries, firm strategy, structure and rivalry. This research uses descriptive-qualitative research method. Sources of data collected by the authors are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by conducting interviews with sources and documentation from various sources. With several policies and roles from the two actors, namely the company and the state, this study shows the results of the analysis of PT Kreasi Lutvi Sejahtera which has a competitive advantagen that can be explained from each element in the Competitive Advantage has advantages that competitors do not have until the export stage
