Advances in Information Technology are very fast in line with the increasing demands of the Times that are always needed in everyday life. The system used at this time is not optimal because it still uses a manual that is written in books and Microsoft Excel. This results in a high risk of drug data loss. Therefore, the main purpose of this application is to produce reports on drug supplies by designing drug supply applications at Teluk Betung health centers made using programming languages, namely PHP and MySQL. The results of this study are issued from this application are patient reports, drug reports, drug reports in, drug reports out, drug reports expired.
