The export activities of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja play an important role in reviewing the economic activities of the Indonesian state. The exports carried out were ammonia exports to Vietnam, which in this study focused on 2015-2017, which in those three years always experienced an increase in exports, thus attracting researchers to conduct research on the factors causing the increase in PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja's ammonia exports to Vietnam. in the 2015-2017 year. This study aims to determine the factors causing the increase in PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja's ammonia exports to Vietnam in 2015-2017. In this study using descriptive qualitative methods and the theory of competitive advantage, Porter's diamond model. By using this theory, the results obtained in this study, the factors that increased PT Pupuk Sriwidaja's ammonia exports to Vietnam in 2015-2017 were due to condition factors which included condition factors, natural resources, labor, capital and infrastructure. After the condition factor is also influenced by demand factors, related and supporting industry factors as well as competitor factors, company structure and strategy. So it can be concluded that the four factors that have been mentioned are factors that support the increase in PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja's ammonia exports to Vietnam in 2015-2017.
