Collaborative Governance is a condition when the government and the private sector seek to achieve a common goal for society. Collaborative Governance can also describe a state of interdependence between actors. The purpose of this study was to detennine the Collaborative Governance Process in managing the Punti Kayu Park tourist attraction in Palembang City. This study uscd qualitative rescarch methods. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the management of the Punti Kayu Nature Park is managed by the goverment's Natural Resources Conservation Agency (BKSDA) involving a third party, namely PT Indosuma Putera Citra (IPC) but still under the attention of the center, namely the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. The results of this study explain that Collaborative Governance in the Punti Kayu Park tourist attraction in Palembang City has been running effectively. This is based on the theory put forward by Ansell and Gash. 1) Face-to-face dialogue face-to face dialogue has been going quite well because stakeholders have interests and a common vision to be achieved, 2) Trust building in building trust in each other is responsibility according to the rules so that there is trust in one another and when there are obstacles they hold a coordination meeting. 3) Commitment to process having the same goals and the same expectations even though they have different thoughts, 4) Share understanding in carrying out their respective main tasks, receiving suggestions and conducting surveys and then sharing understanding with each other, 5) Intermediate outcomes. has been going well in accordance with the authority, if there are obstacles to holding a coordination meeting with the results of making a joint decision, based on the phenomena in Collaborative Governance Within the Punti Kayu Park tourist attraction in Palembang City.
