The phenomenon of stunting in Indonesia continues to increase from year to year. The stunting problem experienced by the Indonesian people invited the World Bank, which is a multilateral development bank institution, to provide assistance. This assistance was realized in the form of the Investing in Nutrition and Early Years (INEY) program which is support for the government's Nasrat program in reducing stunting rates in Indonesia. This study uses the theory of foreign aid put forward by K.J Holsti to explain the forms of foreign assistance provided by the World Bank through the INEY program. The method used in this research is qualitative with secondary data sources. The results of this research are that the World Bank has provided assistance to Indonesia to deal with stunting with technical assistance, grants, and development loans through the INEY program. Technical assistance in the form of projected reductions in stunting in Indonesia from 2018 to 2022 and research and trials of the Human Development Worker (HDW) project, grants in the form of 20 million USD, and loans of 238.85 million USD disbursed through the performance results of the National Strategy. The success of the program is marked by a significant reduction in the national stunting rate from 27.7 percent in 2019 to 24.4 percent in 2021. Until now, the program is still running and extended until 2024
