The role of the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Office (PMPTSP) in increasing investment in the South Sumatra Province is crucial. However, in reality, PMPTSP still faces several issues, such as the lack of coordination among involved parties and the lack of quality human resources in implementing digitalization within the strategy implementation process. This study aims to determine how PMPTSP's efforts to increase investment in the South Sumatra Province are carried out. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Data sources were obtained from primary and secondary data, obtained through interviews with 2 informants both from panel and support informants, observations, and documentation. The study also adopted the Strategy Implementation theory from Wheelen and Hunger. The results of this study indicate that PMPTSP has not fully succeeded in implementing the strategy to increase investment in the South Sumatra Province, with the indicator of investment value still not reaching the minimum annual investment achievement value. Based on the analysis, the main cause of the failure to implement this strategy is poor communication, which can be overcome by improving coordination between investors and PMPTSP as the driver of strategy implementation.
