PENGARUH PENGALAMAN KERJA DAN BUDAYA KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA PEGAWAI DI BADAN KESATUAN BANGSA DAN POLITIK PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
Employees are the main wealth of an organization, because their participation is the key to the running of an organization's activities, so it is important for organizations to optimize the employees they have according to their functions so that they can become quality, superior assets and the real manifestation can be seen through employee performance. Factors that can affect work performance in this study are work experience and work culture. This study aims to explain, understand and analyze whether work experience and work culture partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the National Unity and Politics Agency of South Sumatra Province. This study used quantitative methods with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The population in this study were all employees of the National Unity and Politics Agency of South Sumatra Province with a sample of 70 respondents who were determined using the slovin formula. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, Simultaneous Test (F Test), Partial Test (t test) and Determination Coefficient (R2). The results of this study indicate that work experience and work culture partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work performance in the National Unity and Politics Agency of South Sumatra Province.
