COVID-19 has infected at least 1.69 million people in Indonesia, the community and the government must work together in dealing with this pandemic. Seeing how practical and speed of the Internet and social media, the government created an Instagram account to spread education and information about preventing COVID-19. This study aims to determine the difference between Instagram accounts @satgasperubahanperilaku and @lawancovid19_id. In this study, the author uses a theory taken from the principles of Good Governance taken from the book COVID control Volume 2. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The result of this study is that no significant difference was found between the Instagram accounts @satgasperubahanperilaku and @lawancovid19_id. @satgaschangebehavior’s Mean Rank result of 5.42 and the Instagram account @lawancovid19_id’s Mean Rank result of 7.58, this difference is obtained because there is a significant difference in coder scores on the Participation dimension where @satgaschangebehavior gets a frequency of 31 and @lawancovid19_id gets the higher frequency 61.
