This thesis discusses the Representation of Female Sexual Vinlence in the film Seperti Dendam, Rindu Harus Dibayat Tuntas". The film raises the issue of seraal vialence which still occurs a lot today, where in Indonesia itself there is an increase in cases of sexual violence every year. In the film there are several scenes that represent sexual violence against women The purpose of this research is to see how the film "Seperti Dendam, Rindu Hlarus Dibayar Tuntas" represents sexual violence. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using semiotic analysis from Roland Barthes which has three dimensions namely Denotation. Connotation, and Myth The results of the analysis of the meaning of denotation are represented by clearly defined signs that can be found in several scenes, actions, and dialogues in the film "Seperti Dendam, Rindu Harus Dibayar Tuntas Some of the signs found in the film "Seperti Dendam. Rindu Harus Dibayar Tuntas" such as sexual assault in the form of forced touching and rape. forcing sexual activity on someone, and committing violence on the sexual organs The connotative meaning is found through the signs of sexual violence in this film. these signs are depicted through hidden meanings in the form of figurative words and sentences and parables such as "The girl sits on the birds" which is interpreted as a girl sitting on the genitals The myths in this film are influenced by patriarchal culture and toxic masculinity that develop in society
