ALOKASI TENAGA KERJA PASCA MENURUNNYA HARGA KELAPA SAWIT PETANI PLASMA DI DESA G2 BUMI MAKMUR KECAMATAN MESUJI RAYA KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ILIR
Abstract The aims of this research are 1) The big surprise is the allocation of labor in oil palm farming activities and outside of oil palm farming. 2) The level of labor productivity of oil palm smallholders is a big surprise. 3) what factors affect the allocation of labor for oil palm plasma smallholders. This research was carried out in February 2023 to coincide in G2 Bumi Makmur Village, Mesuji Raya District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The method used is a survey method with a simple random sampling method of 42 samples calculated using the slovin formula with a standard error of 15%. The method of collecting data in three ways, namely the method of field observation, interviews and documentation, and processing of data using the daily working person formula, the labor productivity formula using multiple linear regression analysis with an error rate of α: 0.25. The average total allocation of labor for palm oil is 26.30 HOK/Ha/Year, excluding oil palm is 261.02 HOK/Year with a labor productivity of 1,323 (HOK/Year) with a working time of 1,304 Hours/Year. Factors that have a positive effect on the allocation of labor are the age of the farmer and those that have a negative effect are family members, farming experience, income and length of education.
