Palembang has a high number of adolescents with a significant productivity increasing, which it is indicated by their interest of learning outside the school or college through external activities to discover or improving their talents. This indicates that the youth community in Palembang need a facility to accommodate several types of talents. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on the productivity of teenagers that are limited by the pandemic. To respond to this situation, this building will use the concept of a healthy building with an approach based on the type of adolescent learning style, namely auditory, visual, and kinesthetic. This building also prioritizes connectivity between indoor and outdoor spaces to prevent the virus transmission. This concept aims to create a Youth Center that can provide comfort and health for the adolescents so that the adolescents will be remain productive even though they are in a pandemic condition.
