This study entitled "Analysis of the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) for Green Bamboo Tourism in Sri Bandung Village, Abung Tengah District, North Lampung Regency" This study aims to determine and analyze the management of Green Bamboo Tourism Village-Owned Enterprises. The background of this research is that the management of tourist objects in Bumdes for Green Bamboo tourism is not yet optimal. This can be seen from the lack of maintenance on the existing rides at the Bumdes Wisata. This research was analyzed using Donovan and Jackson's theory which consists of 5 dimensions, planning, organizing, staffing, leading and also controlling. This research method uses qualitative methods. However, based on the results of data analysis conducted by researchers, there are still deficiencies found in the Controlling aspect, there are still many obstacles that have not been overcome due to the lack of awareness of the management team regarding the tasks and responsibilities that have been assigned.
