STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI PUBLIC RELATIONS DINAS PERHUBUNGAN PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN MELALUI MEDIA SOSIAL INSTAGRAM DALAM MEMBANGUN CITRA INSTANSI
Public relations has the task of developing a strategy that becomes a guideline for implementing the planned program in order to achieve the tasks that have been set. Through the communication strategy of the Public Relations Department of the Transportation Agency, they use Instagram social media as a place for them to express themselves in building their image. The communication strategies used by the public relations of the South Sumatra Provincial Transportation Office are Put Strategy, Push Strategy, and Pull Stratetgy. The three main theories contained in Chris Fill's theory that the researcher used in this study. This research approach uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed that the use of communication strategies from Chris Fill's theory was conveyed well, the implementation of the goal of building an image using a performance image, and the obstacles that occurred in the image formation process through Instagram social media.
