This research was conducted to assist counseling teachers in providing reports to school principals in dealing with problem children. Design thinking is considered capable of understanding user needs, presenting evidence, and overcoming problems when developing strategies to find solutions. SMP Negeri 60 Palembang handles problems in handling student cases. In addition, this school is a newly built school and has inadequate and incomplete infrastructure. With so many students, the teaching and learning process becomes a little hampered. for the process of supporting information objectives at SMPN 60 Palembang without distance and time limitations, so that information can be used effectively by students and teachers. This application was made to assist counseling teachers in dealing with children who have problems, from reporting to the school principal to giving sanctions approved by the school principal.
