ANALISIS PENERAPAN BALANCED SCORECARD DALAM LAYANAN BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA KANTOR CABANG A RIVAI PALEMBANG TAHUN 2021
This study discusses the analysis the application of the Balanced Scorecard in the services of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch A Rivai Palembang in 2021. This research uses the Perspective of the Balanced Scorecard, namely financial, customer, internal business processes and learning and growth perspectives. This research is motivated by BRI's performance which shows good results in general in the BRI Annual Report in 2021, while this year is a year of recovery for the Indonesian economy after being attacked by the Covid-19 outbreak. The research method used in this study is qualitative which is descriptive. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used in this study were through observation, interviews and documentation. With already quite good results on every financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective and on learning and growth perspective.
