PENGARUH APLIKASI PUPUK CAIR NANO DAN PUPUK HAYATI MIKORIZA TERHADAP PH TANAH, INFEKSI AKAR, JUMLAH SPORA DAN SERAPAN P TANAMAN JAGUNG PAKAN (ZEA MAYS L.) DI ULTISOL
Ultisol is a type of soil that is spread throughout Indonesia. However, this soil generally has constraints, such as low organic matter content and acidic soil pH when used as agricultural cultivation land.The results of the analysis of the soil in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sriwijaya found that the nutrient P was very high due to the continuous application of fertilizers. Not all of the P nutrients in the soil can be absorbed by plants, so it is necessary to add ameliorants to improve soil quality. This study aims to determine the effectiveness and the best application dosage of mycorrhizal biofertilizers and liquid nano fertilizers to increase soil pH, root infection, spore count and P uptake of forage maize (Zea mays L.) grown on Ultisols in the Experimental Garden of FP Unsri and analysis in the Laboratory of Chemistry, Biology and Soil Fertility FP Unsri. The study was conducted from April to December 2022. The design used was RAK (Randomized Block Design) with six treatment levels. Each treatment was repeated three times, so there were eighteen experimental units. The results showed that the application of mycorrhizal biofertilizer and liquid nano fertilizer had no significant effect on soil pH and had a significant effect on root infection by mycorrhizae, mycorrhizal spore count and nutrient P uptake of corn plants in Ultisols. The treatment of mycorrhizal biofertilizers was the best treatment in increasing root infection and the number of spores in the rhizosphere of corn plants grown on Ultisols.
