EVALUASI PENGELOLAAN ARSIP AKTIF DI BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR.
The background of this research is a brief observation made to observe filing activities at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in Ogan Ilir District. As an agency that is a provider of personnel services in the local government sector, the management of active records that is implemented seems to be running sober, apart from that, with facilities that are also provided in a standard manner, archives can also be seen piling up and not being maintained. This research method uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique used in this research is through interviews, documentation, as well as direct observation. The number of informants in this study were 12 people who were employees representing fields and sub-sectors who directly handled letters received at the Personnel and Human Development Agency in Ogan Ilir District. The focus used in this study is the Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Responsiveness of the archive management process in the form of Archive Creation, Use, Maintenance, and Depreciation. The research results show that the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in Ogan Ilir Regency has been running well even though of the entire running archive management process, half of the archive management process that has been implemented has not been successful.
