Collaborative Governance the process of managing, organizing, and supervising an affair by involving many stakeholders in a network or group. This study aims to determine the success of Collaborative Governance in the development of Kayuagung Golden Triangle Park Tourism Object. This study used qualitative research methods. Balogh describes in detail the steps involved in the collaborative process. The components that make up the collaboration process, such as collaboration dynamics, collaborative actions, and collaborative impact, must be taken into account at various points during the collaboration process. The results of this research in the development of the Golden Triangle Park Kayuagung tourist attraction can be said to be quite good because of several indicators it has been carried out well but for indicators joint discussions have not gone well because the parties involved rarely hold meetings. Suggestions that can be given so that parties more often conduct discussions or meetings in discussing the development of this golden triangle past Kayuagung Tourism Object.
