PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN REMUNERASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL KOTA PALEMBANG.
This study aims to determine the effect of motivational variables on continuing education and remuneration on the performance of civil servants in the city of Palembang. The research method used in this study is quantitative using the SPSS application. The sample in this study were 94 Palembang civil servants. The data collection technique used is the questionnaire method. The results showed that the motivation variable for continuing education (X1) had a partial effect on employee performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.000
