The research objectives were (1) to calculate income and analyze the level of welfare of plasma oil palm farmers in Budi Asih Village (2) to analyze the income distribution of plasma oil palm farmers in Budi Asih Village (3) to analyze the contribution of income from plasma oil palm farming to the income of farmer families in Budi Asih Village. The research was conducted in Budi Asih Village, Rimau Island District, Banyuasin Regency. Data collection was carried out in October 2022. The method used was a case study and the sampling method used was purposive sampling. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that there was a significant difference in income to income before the plasma plantations and after the oil palm plasma plantations, and the welfare level of farmers was only 53.3%, while 46.7% were not said to be prosperous. The Gini ratio obtained in the distribution of farmers' income yields a result of 0.036, so that based on the value criteria it shows low inequality. Farmers' income contribution is obtained from farming and non-farming, where the result of non-farming income contribution is 59.56% and 40.44% farming
