This study aims to determine the effect of service innovation variables on customer satisfaction in Wates Village, Bumi Ratu Nuban District, Central Lampung Regency. The method used in this study was quantitative which was processed using the SPSS version 22 application. The sample from the study was 70 Village Electronic Samsat (E-SAMDES) users, in Wates Village, Bumi Ratu Nuban District, Central Lampung Regency. The data collection technique used is the questionnaire method. The results of this study indicate that the X variable, namely the Service Innovation variable, has an effect. It can be seen from the value of the Coefficient of Determination (R2), which reaches 54.5%. While the regression equation is tested by looking at the F value and the sig value. Based on the IBM SPSS output in the ANOVA table, an F value of 81.367 is obtained with a significant 0.000 less than 0.005, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence between service (E-SAMDES) and customer satisfaction in paying motor vehicle taxes in Wates Village, Bumi Ratu Nuban District, Central Lampung Regency
