PERUBAHAN ORGANISASI SEBAGAI KONSEKUENSI PADA PENERAPAN KEBIJAKAN MERDEKA BELAJAR SISWA DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 162 KOTA PALEMBANG
This research is motivated by the problem of student learning lag, this is an issue faced by teachers and students today, especially at Public Elementary School 162 Palembang City. Then the government launched a new curriculum, namely the independent learning curriculum. Basic Country 162 Palembang City in implementing the Free Learning Curriculum which can make students/teachers more innovate and develop than before. This study aims to find out how Organizational Change is a Consequence of the Implementation of Student Learning Freedom at Public Elementary School 162 Palembang City. This type of research uses qualitative methods. This study uses Prof.'s theory. Dr. Sondang P. Siagian, MPA, which aims to draw conclusions from the results of interviews conducted in this study. Data collection was carried out by interviewing several informants related to research institutions. Informants in this study were all employees and as many as 10 people as samples. The results of the study showed that there were a lot of changes to the organization in Public Elementary School 162 Palembang City as the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum as an effort to catch up with student learning. in view of the available evidence. Obtained by researchers when conducting observations, interviews, and documentation and from the archives that exist in Elementary School 162 Palembang City.
