PENGARUH SERVICE QUALITY TERHADAP KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT PADA DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
Service quality is a benchmark in measuring the level of community satisfaction, meaning that community satisfaction depends on the good and bad services provided. This study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality on Community Satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with a data collection method using questionnaires, which were then analyzed with the help of the SPSS 26 program. The sample used in this study amounted to 95 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of data normality tests, linearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, and simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that service quality has a positive influence as seen from the value of the X regression coefficient of 0.772 and has a significant effect seen from the Coefficients table of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that the higher the quality of service, the more community satisfaction will also increase.
