This study examines the quality of public services that are friendly to persons with disabilities in the city of Palembang (a case study on Trans Musi, Palembang). This study identified six aspects of public service. The problems identified are related to the quality of public services that are friendly to persons with disabilities in the city of Palembang. These problems include problems with service procedures, turnaround times, service products, service costs, facilities and infrastructure and the competence of service personnel. This service is carried out using a descriptive-qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses Afandi's theory (2018) that there are six aspects in service, namely service procedures, service time, service products, service costs, facilities and infrastructure and the competence of service personnel. The results of this study state that the Quality of Friendly Public Services for Persons with Disabilities in Palembang City (Case Study on Transmutation in Palembang City) is not optimal and maximal. This is because there are still problems related to aspects of service, namely, service procedures are only known to employees in the office, service products are unknown to persons with disabilities, the problem solving time is delayed while waiting for the results of a complaint to the Central Ministry, service fees for persons with disabilities are not specifically informed for persons with disabilities, many terminal and bus stop facilities and infrastructure are found to be inappropriate for persons with disabilities.
