This research is entitled "Communication Management of Sriwijaya University to the Academic Community Against the Program Kampus Merdeka Program". This study aims to determine the communication management used by Sriwijaya University in implementing the Program Kampus Merdeka program. For this discussion, George R. Terry's communication management theory from Riinawati's book is used, there are four aspects in it, namely planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method which is a form of research that includes the process of collecting data and compiling data. The data collection process was carried out by in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that Sriwijaya University had implemented all aspects of George R. Terry's communication management theory.
