The population data collection service application is intended to increase efficiency in terms of public services. Therefore it is necessary to coonduct research to develop population data management applications. The purpose of this application is to provide convenience to village office employees in managing population data and informing them in order to provide efficiency in community services. This research was conducted using observation and interview methods in gathering information and data regarding the problems and requirements of the system to be built. While the system requirements analyst, sytem design, and system testing. In this implementation the PHP programming languange is used and MySQL is used as the database. The results of the test carried out using the black box method are in accordance between the design and the application built and are in accordance with the needs desired by the data manager at the village office. Based on the research results, several conclusions can be drawn, nomely: This software can be used to handle the process of filling in data, changing data, deleting and scarching population data, this system can also provide printea reports on certificates.
