The Community Economic Assistance Revitalization Program is an economic empowerment of local communities in improving living standards through peatland management such as purun management and others, and is carried out in collaboration with related parties. This research aims to understand, identify and analyze the Collaborative Governance Process in the implementation of the Community Economic Assistance Revitalization Program (Study in Menang Raya Village, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatra Province). The type of research applied is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach and by using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The Collaborative Governance process in the context of this research includes 5 dimensions, namely: (1) face to face dialog, (2) trust building, (3) commitment to the process, (4) shared understanding, (5) intermediate out-come. The results showed that the Collaborative Governance Process in the Implementation of the Community Economic Assistance Revitalization Program in Menang Raya Village, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency was not optimal because it was still constrained by aspects or dimensions of face-to-face dialogue, namely the lack of a marketing management process, damage to tools. Furthermore, in the dimension of building trust, namely success in building stakeholder trust and forming community groups, commitment to the process, which is found in the management of community groups towards assistance, and the formation of temporary results, namely involvement in making decisions and mutual agreements. This research recommends two things: (1) The Government of the Environment and Land Agency of South Sumatra Province and BRG must pay attention to the different types of assistance each year and (2) Provide an understanding to community groups about related stakeholders in the implementation of the Community Economic Assistance Revitalization Program in Menang Raya Village.
