PT. AJN Solusindo is an information and communication technology (ICT) services company with a diverse portfolio of services. based on the interviews that have been conducted, due to the absence of an appropriate method for processing the value resulting from the selection of employees, based on the established assessment criteria, errors often occur in processing the assessment data, like other problems there are employees who have the same criteria score, so it is difficult for evaluators to determine the final judgment. The purpose of the final project research to be carried out is to apply the SPK calculation method using SMART to the decision support system for selecting outstanding employees at PT. AJN Solusindo. The Decision Support System method used is SMART. By using SMART as a decision system support method, it can effectively make complex decisions and transcend rankings.
