This study is entitled "Application of Restorative Justice Against Narcotics Crimes Committed by Children at the Sekayu District Court". This is an empirical legal study. The problems of this study are to find out the application, the evaluation, and the implementation efforts of restorative justice against narcotics crimes committed by children at Sekayu District Court. The research location is the Sekayu District Court and interviews were done with law enforcers in Musi Banyuasin district, i.e., judges at the Sekayu District Court, prosecutors at the Musi Banyuasin District Attorney, and Police at the Musi Banyuasin Resort Police. The legal materials used are primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of restorative justice to narcotics crimes committed by children at the Sekayu District Court has been implemented. The judge has become a diversion facilitator for narcotics crimes committed by children which can be seen by the successful diversion of child narcotics crimes. However, this application cannot be implemented optimally due to several obstacles such as the absence of a rehabilitation house for victims of narcotics abuse (drugs) in Musi Banyuasin Regency and the absence of the District National Narcotics Agency in Musi Banyuasin Regency. The result of diversion is that the child is returned to the parent/guardian and supervised by social institutions. The Musi Banyuasin State Prosecutor's Office and the Musi Banyuasin Regency Government have collaborated to convert the former Hajj Hotel into a narcotics rehabilitation home but this has not been realized due to management and budgetary constraints. It is suggested that deliberations be held immediately with all relevant parties so that the narcotics rehabilitation home can be realized immediately.
