Information and communication technology is growing rapidly resulting in an increase in the use of automation technology in a government organization. One of the uses of technology in the office sector by Ogan Ilir Regency is the E-Office application. The E-Office application is a government administration management application in Ogan Ilir Regency with the concept of a super app, namely an all-inone to access various services at once, which is managed by DISKOMINFO Statistics and Encryption of Ogan Ilir Regency. During the use of the E-Office application there are several problems. Meanwhile, DISKOMINFO Statistics and Coding of Ogan Ilir Regency has never conducted an analysis or evaluation of the use of the E-Office application related to user satisfaction. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to determine the level of user satisfaction of the E-Office application and the factors that influence user satisfaction. The End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method is used as a model in this study with five variables namely content, accuracy, format, ease of use and cohesiveness. Data processing uses the SmartPLS application and data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS) by testing the outer model and inner model. The results showed that based on 95 respondents who were users of the E-Office application 63% of respondents were satisfied when using the application and the factors that had a significant positive effect on user satisfaction (user satisfaction) of the E-Office application were format variables, ease of use variables , and timeliness variables. Furthermore, the content variable and accuracy variable have no significant positive effect on user satisfaction. Keywords: User Satisfaction, E-Office, End User Computing Satisfaction.
