At Perumahan Basna Sejahtera, there is a common issue of data inaccuracy caused by the lack of synchronization between employees in updating data. This results in inaccurate data that can make it difficult for customers to find and purchase the desired housing. Therefore, there is a need for a solution to overcome this problem and ensure that the data is more up-to-date and accurate. The software development methodology used in this project is the prototype. The modeling stages include Communication, Modelling Quick Design, Construction of prototype, and Deployment Delivery & Feedback. In the Communication stage, a flowchart is created, while the Quick Design stage involves the creation of Unified Modeling Language (UML). In the Construction of prototype stage, the interface design and programming are done using the Kotlin programming language. The Deployment Delivery & Feedback stage involves testing the prototype and obtaining feedback from users, which is then used to improve the prototype until it reaches the desired quality and features. The application for monitoring the housing development has several features that can be used by users, including the login feature, view housing data, contact admin, view guide, update the status of booking housing, add a new account, manage the account, and update the progress of housing development. With these features, the application is expected to provide ease in monitoring the housing development and improve the quality of services for users.
