ANALISIS FAKTOR DOMINAN DALAM KESUKSESAN E-GOVERNMENT SIDEMANG PADA DINAS KOMUNIKASI DAN INFORMATIKA KOTA PALEMBANG DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL DELONE AND MCLEAN
E-Government is the government's effort to utilize innovative information and communication technology to provide easily accessible and efficient public services in terms of time and cost. This research aims to identify the factors influencing the success of the SIDEMANG application managed by the Department of Communication and Informatics of Palembang City, using the Delone and McLean model. SIDEMANG is an online application used in Palembang City to provide administrative services to the community, particularly in the areas of letters and permits. This application enables individuals to handle various administrative processes at the district/subdistrict level online. The research employs a quantitative method, collecting primary data through questionnaire distribution. The research sample is obtained using probability sampling, specifically simple random sampling with 97 respondents. The collected data is analyzed using the SmartPLS application, following several steps such as testing the questionnaire's validity through convergent validity by calculating outer loading. Furthermore, discriminant validity is assessed through cross loading and heterotrait-monotrait ratio to evaluate the questionnaire's validity. Reliability is examined using composite reliability based on the Cronbach's alpha value. If the data is deemed valid and reliable, a structural model evaluation is conducted to determine the relationships between constructs, followed by hypothesis determination through path analysis using path coefficient. The research findings indicate that information quality influences user satisfaction, service quality influences use/intention to use, use/intention to use influences user satisfaction, use/intention to use influences net benefits, and user satisfaction affects net benefits. However, information quality does not affect use/intention to use, system quality does not influence use/intention to use, system quality does not affect user satisfaction, and service quality does not influence user satisfaction.
