ANALISIS KEBISINGAN DAN GETARAN MEKANIS PADA MESIN MODIFIKASI TABUR PUPUK
Mechanical noise and vibration were analyzed on a modified fertilizer sprinkler machine. This research aims to analyze the noise and mechanical vibration of a modified fertilizer spray machine. The research was performed between April and August of 2022. The experimental approach is the one utilized in this research. A sound level meter is used to measure noise using the grid method. The modified sow fertilizer equipment used a vibration meter to monitor vibrations at various locations. The measured parameters are vibration and noise. The "Surfer 11" application uses mapping to characterize noise intensity and produces noise contours. Graphs are used to represent vibration measurement data. In this research, the highest noise intensity measured for the operation was 99.9 dB(A) at a motor rotation speed of 3,000 rpm, while the lowest noise level was 83 dB(A) at a motor rotation speed of 1,000 rpm. The highest intensity noise level is 97.4 dB(A) at a motor speed of 3,000 rpm, while the lowest noise level is 64.4 dB(A) at a motor speed of 1,000 rpm. Based on the results of the measurements, the Engine has the most outstanding vibration level at 33.7 m/s2 with a motor rotation speed of 3,000 rpm. The foam engine with a motor rotation speed of 1000 rpm has the lowest vibration, measuring 0.4 m/s2. Key words : Engine Modification, sowing fertilizer, noise and mechanical vibration
