This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, job satisfaction, and workload on employee performance in Seberang Ulu 1 Palembang District partially or simultaneously. This research is included in the type of quantitative research using simple and multiple linear regression analysis methods, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, correlation test, F test, t test, and test of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that partially, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the District of Seberang Ulu 1 Palembang. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the District of Seberang Ulu 1 Palembang. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Seberang Ulu 1 Palembang District. Simultaneously the work environment, job satisfaction, and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Seberang Ulu 1 Palembang District.
