This thesis is entitled "Strategies for Reinforcement Solidarity Members of Ikatan Mahasiswa Belitang Organization In Implementing Work Programs During Covid 19 Pandemic". The problems in this study discuss the solidarity members of Ikatan Mahasiswa Belitang organization and the reinforcement solidarity members of Ikatan Mahasiswa Belitang organization in implementing work programs during covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine strategies for reinforcement solidarity members of Ikatan Mahasiswa Belitang organization in implementing work programs during covid 19 pandemic. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with a descriptive research strategy. Observations, interviews with 12 informants, and documentation were used to collect data. The theory used is theory of social behavior by B. F Skinner. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The solidarity members of Ikatan Mahasiswa Belitang organization decreased because there was no direct interaction between members which caused missing communication. 2) Reinforcement solidarity of members is carried out in two forms: a) Positive reinforcement by providing motivation, advice, awarding the best member certificate, eating and recreation together. b) Negative reinforcement by evaluation, additional work programs, renewal of work programs and revision of accountability reports.
