The research objective is to determine the extent to which the implementation of minimum service standard policies in the eye poly unit of the Padang Panjang City Hospital, West Sumatra Province and provide input or descriptions for developers of factors that influence policy implementation. The research method used is a research method based on the theory of Hanif Nurcholis. Based on the data analysis, the evaluation of the minimum service standard of the polyophthalmology unit of the Padang Panjang City Hospital has carried out the service well, in accordance with the established regulations. However, in practice there are some people who still commit fraud such as grabbing queues, and committing nepotism, another thing that makes patients' complaints is that there are not enough chairs in the waiting room for patients. From the results of the study, the researchers recommended that the RSUD to increase the number of seats for patients waiting in line, and to conduct inspections more frequently on medical personnel who committed nepotism and that the hospital and medical personnel did not delay in calling the patient if the patient's hospital license had been delivered by the counter staff. registration.
