This study entitled "Communication Strategy for Information Management and Documentation Officials in Disseminating the Sriwijaya University Public Relations Digital Platform to Students" This study aims to determine the communication strategy implemented by PPID Sriwijaya University in carrying out researchers using Communication theory according to Middleton in (Cangara, 2017). The method used in this study is a qualitative method and the type of data in this study is descriptive. data coolection techniques in this study are interviews, observation and documentaion. the information can be obtained through the sources of the Head of Public Relations of PPID Sriwijaya University and after conducting in-depth interviews. There is also documentation that is captured in the process of exploring, the questions refer to the theory that has been chosen by the researcher whose indicators are, the determination of the communicator, the determination of the message, the determination of the media of determination, and the response of the communicant. By referring to the theory used, the researcher got results that are relevant to the theory used in this study, the communication strategy implemented by PID University is good and very informative, and PPID Sriwijaya University has received an award as an informative public information service.
