The study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture on the performance of livestock product testing officers at the UPTD Veterinary laboratory and public health service of the food security and livestock service office of south Sumatera Province. The research method used is a quantitative research method using the SPSS version 21 application with organizational culture variables as X and employee performance as Y. The population in this study is all employees, with a total sample size of 15 employees. Test the questionnaire instrument using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis in this study used simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between organizational culture and the performance of livestock product testing officers at the UPTD Veterinary laboratory and public health service of the food security and livestock service office of south Sumatera Province, namely 0.796 based on the correlation coefficient of this relationship, which has a strong relationship category. Based on the determination test, it is known that organizational culture influences employee performance with an influence level of 63.4%. So that the hypothesis that states that there is an influence of organizational culture on employee performance is acceptable.
