DETERMINAN PENGGUNAAN MOBILE GOVERNMENT PADA PENGGUNA APLIKASI JAMSOSTEK MOBILE DI CABANG PALEMBANG
This research aimed to identify and explain the determinants of the use of mobile government in users of the Palembang Branch of the Jamsostek Mobile application. This research uses variables from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which consist of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude towards using, behavior towards using, behavioral intention to use, and system use (actual system use). The research method used is a quantitative research method using the SmartPLS version 3 application. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 150 users of the Jamsostek Mobile application, Palembang Branch, using a purposive sampling approach and using a Likert scale measurement. The results of the study indicate that perceived usefulness has a significant influence on behavior to use (behavioral intention to use), perceived usefulness has a significant influence on attitudes towards using, perceived usefulness has significant influence on system use (actual system use), behavior to use (behavioral intention to use) has a significant effect on perceived ease of use, attitude towards using does not have a significant effect on perceived ease of use, system use (actual system use) has a significant influence on perceived ease of use
