Recognition of prior learning (RPL) is a study path that has been regulated in Permenristekdikti No. 26 of 2016, where RPL is recognition of one's learning achievements obtained from formal, non-formal, or informal education and/or work experience in formal education. In this case, RPL is one of the study paths of the Professional Engineer Study Program (PSPPI) at Sriwijaya University. This study aims to design a data processing application for PSPPI students at Sriwijaya University, a database system for RPL track students recorded by the Indonesian Engineers Association (PII), and an in-app database display that will make it easier to fill in student data and assessments from the assessment team. The research method used is the waterfall method, which has the advantage that if an error occurs in each process, evaluation and improvement can be immediately carried out at the previous stage. Things to support web-based application programming include PHP and HTML programming languages, MySQL databases, CSS, XAMPP, REST APIs, and Laravel. Access rights to the Sriwijaya University PSPPI web application include student access rights, verifier access rights, and admin access rights. The quality assurance process at RPL PSPPI Sriwijaya University is represented by a verifier as part of a team assessing student data to determine whether the data is valid or invalid according to the evidence provided by students.
