The Unsri Fasilkom reading room experienced a server failure which caused the website to no longer be accessed so the process of borrowing books and the process of returning books is currently still using paper and takes a long time, the operating hours of the library are limited and a reading room officer is required for the process of returning books. In measuring the quality of a website, it can be done by involving the user or users in making the website. The design thinking approach is applied to understand user problems and create a good user interface and user experience for the Unsri Fasilkom reading room website that suits user needs. This website was created to assist the reading room in managing data and book transactions, as well as to facilitate the process of finding the required book without having to wait long.
