This research is a research that discusses the role of Save the Children in dealing with pneumonia cases in children in Indonesia in 2019 – 2022. Pneumonia is a serious problem in almost every country in all parts of the world, especially for developing countries including Indonesia. Pneumonia can strike anyone, but children under five years of age and newborns are much more susceptible to contracting the disease. Pneumonia cases that occur in children in Indonesia are relatively high. In this case, Save the Children as an NGO is also paying attention in dealing with pneumonia cases in children in Indonesia. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with secondary data sources obtained through reports, journals, books, the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), official websites, and so on. The result of this research is that Save the Children as an NGO has given its role as implementer, catalyst, and partner in line with the NGO Role theory according to David Lewis through various programs and activities that have been carried out by Save the Children throughout 2019 – 2022.
