DIPLOMASI MULTI TRACK INDONESIA DALAM MEMPROMOSIKAN GENDER EQUALITY BIDANG PENDIDIKAN DI AFGHANISTAN TAHUN 2014-2022
This research aims to explain and analyze Indonesian diplomacy in promoting gender equality in education in Afghanistan. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. The source of data in this research is secondary data with data collection using literature study techniques. In this study, researchers used the theory of Multi Track Diplomacy developed by Louise Diamond and John W. McDonald. The results of this study show that Indonesian diplomacy in promoting gender equality in education in Afghanistan is carried out using three tracks namely, track one, track five, and track seven. Track one is the government through the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Track five is research, training, and education through scholarship from universities in Indonesia.Track seven is religion through Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), and Muhammadiyah.
