Introduction: Indonesia has experienced an increase in the prevalence of psychiatric disorders with significant proportions every year. Psychological predisposing factors such as stress and anxiety levels can depress one's mental status which leads to problems with reality orientation disturbances and the emergence of schizophrenic psychiatric disorders in the form of auditory hallucinations which cause sufferers to lose control over themselves so that they pose a risk to their own safety, other people's, and the environment. Aim: This writing aimed to provide an overview of nursing care in patients with sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations through the application of occupational therapy drawing activities. Method: This study used a case study approach with a qualitative descriptive method. Result: After the implementation of occupational therapy drawing activities, there were changes in signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations, namely the frequency of hallucinations decreased and the patient seemed cooperative, happy, had good eye contact, did not withdraw, and was able to carry out social interactions such as talking and actively participating in activities in the ward. Discussion: A decrease in signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations can occur because the art therapy in occupational therapy drawing activities can make patients enjoy it as a fun activity so that it helps to reduce excessive feedback disturbances, divert hallucinations, and achieve the strengthening self-confidence by engaging in the artistic process as well as aesthetic reflections on painting images. Keywords : Schizophrenia, Auditory Hallucinations, dan occupational therapy drawing activities
