In its business activities, YXG Ngopi Coffee shop has several problems, especially in the transaction process, which still uses a simple method, namely by making notes in the transaction book. This raises a number of problems, namely frequent errors in recording, untidy writing and causing reading errors and the potential for errors in calculations to occur because they only rely on a calculator, especially for transactions that are quite large in number. Not only that, the preparation of monthly reports tends to be slow because you have to copy data one by one and errors often occur in the process of calculating the total amount which results in an inaccurate reporting process. From the research results and test results the authors conclude that the application built is in accordance with the research objectives and according to the needs of YXG Ngopi Coffee shop management.
