The development of information technology must be followed by proper utilization. The Republic of Indonesia Police (POLRI) as a government agency that takes advantage of technological developments by creating e-Mental applications. This application serves to determine the psychological mental condition of individual Polri personnel and PNS Polri. This study aims to determine user acceptance of the e-Mental application using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The type of research used in this research is quantitative with purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a total of 108 respondents who were processed using the SmartPLS application version 3.3. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that of the seven hypotheses, there are five hypotheses accepted and two hypotheses rejected. Perceived Ease of Use variable has a positive and significant effect on the Perceived Usefulness variable. to the Attitude Toward Using variable, the Perceived Usefulness variable has no significant effect on the Behavioural Intention to Use variable, the Perceived Usefulness variable has a positive and significant effect on the Actual Use variable, the Attitude Toward Using variable has a positive and significant effect on the Behavioural Intention to Use variable and the Behavioural Intention to variable Use has a positive and significant effect on the Actual Use variable. The conclusion from the results of this study shows that the technology in the form of an e-Mental application can be accepted by its users based on the accepted hypothesis with positive nil Path Coefficients.
