This study discusses Disaster Management after Environmental Damage Due to Coal Haul Road Activities and Station Activities by PT. ROYALTAMA MULIA KENCANA, then analyzed using the theory of Disaster Management Activities according to Ulum (2014), namely Rehabilitation and Reconstruction. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. For data collection, namely through interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. The results of this study indicate that haul road activities and station activities have not been optimal in disaster management in rehabilitation and reconstruction. lack of cooperation in disaster management resulting in disaster management activities not being able to obtain satisfactory results. Hence the need for structured disaster management activities as well as cooperation in carrying out rehabilitation and reconstruction. Keywords: Management, Disaster, Rehabilitation, Reconstruction
