The research in this thesis was motivated by the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic which resulted in the economic sector declining. Basically, all customs employees in South Sumatra have made a good contribution, but the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has emerged For example, the COVID-19 pandemic has made social activities that gather many people temporarily suspended and work schedules are held by the WFH system or what is referred to as work from home. The focus of research on the problems in this thesis is How the efforts of customs and excise CPO exports in increasing state revenue in South Sumatra and How the constraints of CPO exports in increasing state revenue in South Sumatra customs and excise. The purpose of the research in this case is to determine the efforts of CPO exports in increasing state revenue in South Sumatra Customs and Excise. And the constraints of CPO exports in increasing state revenue, duties and vinegar in South Sumatra. This type of research is qualitative research, where data is collected using observation, interview and documentation methods. After the author conducted research with several methods to obtain results, namely CPO export efforts in increasing state revenue, namely through strict supervision of each employee, for example conducting income checks per period of a week, month and up to every year.
