EFEKTIVITAS KERJA DALAM MANAJEMEN KOMPLAIN DI BIDANG PENGADUAN PADA DINAS PENANAMAN MODAL DAN PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
This study is entitled "work effectiveness (complaint management) in the field of complaints at the investment service and one-stop integrated service in South Sumatra province." . The type of research in this thesis is descriptive research using qualitative research methods. The types of data used are primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques in this study were conducted through interviews, observation and documentation. This study uses the theory of work effectiveness put forward by pious which consists of 4 dimensions, namely involvement, consistency, adaptability and mission. Based on the research results, it can be seen that work effectiveness in handling complaints is still as usual, there is no special handling or employee development carried out in handling complaints so that problems such as delays in reporting complaints cannot be resolved.
