This study aims to determine the Socio-Economic Analysis of Rice Farmers in Simpang Pelabuhan Dalam Village, Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency, what obstacles the farmers face and what efforts the government has made. The use of this research is expected to be able to contribute to rice farmers in Simpang Pelabuhan Dalam Village, Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency in the Socio-Economic aspect and so that the local government pays attention to the farmers in the village. This research includes field research with a qualitative approach, which is carried out using descriptive methods. obtained by means of observation, interviews and secondary data. The informants for this research were the village head and several farmers. The interviews were conducted in a relaxed and usjeomplicated manner, the questions asked were also not interrogative in nature but only to obtain exalted data to complete writing in this study. The results of this study indicate that the socio-economic conditions of rice farmers in Simpang Pelabuhan Dalam Village are different. Where these conditions can be seen from education, income, and health so that they can affect the welfare of the community. Many rice farmers at the Simpang Pelabuhan Dalam are not prosperous because there are many necessities of life that they want to fulfill. And the amount of income as a rice farmer can be seen from the area of land owned. the obstacles faced by the farmers include the late distribution of subsidized fertilizers received by the farmers, access to damaged road transportation and consumption and yields for the daily needs of farmers in Simpang Pelabuhan Dalam Village, Pemulutan District. Ogan Ilir Regency with and to increase production rice farmers in Simpang Pelabuhan Dalam Village, Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency, have many programs carried out by the local government, these programs include the provision of free fertilizers Keywords: Socioeconomic Conditions, Rice Farmers, Ogan Ilir
